Orders & pricing

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. Your order is accepted when you receive our order-confirmation email.

 

Final sale (food items)

All food products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges under Dutch and EU law for food items because of perishability and health/hygiene considerations (Dutch Civil Code Article 6:230p BW and the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

 

Damages & issues (we’ll make it right)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@kikkitreats.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (at our discretion).

 

Shipping & delivery

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Risk passes on delivery to the address provided. Please check your parcel on arrival so we can resolve any issues quickly.

 

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us asap at hello@kikkitreats.com.

If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.

 

Refunds (when approved)

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.

Your purchase benefits from the statutory conformity guarantee under Dutch/EU law.
